two proven business professionals will join its senior management:

· Jan Claesson, internationally successful senior executive, organizational and business

 development expert, and;

· Christopher Pouliot, an accomplished operations, technology and relationship management

 Executive, join PMA immediately as managing consultants and advisors on current and new

 PMA projects.

Prior to joining PMA, Claesson was CEO for Adaptis, a technology and BPO company serving
healthcare payers.  His previous experiences cover CEO and general management responsibilities
in three countries in software, pharmaceutical, medical device, telecom and other technology based
companies.  Companies include F1000, mid-size as well as start-up organizations.  Claesson has built
and lead organizations in excess of $800m in annual revenues.

Pouliot’s background spans several industries, the past ten years with Adaptis, Inc. focused on
client solutions in health care finance, operations and logistics between providers, payers, and
intermediaries.  His previous experience includes Director level positions with oversight of finance
and operations in hospitality, banking, and retail firms.
