The personal liability and exposure is increasingly a concern for existing and potential board members, making it more difficult to attract and retain quality board members. PMA provides personal and confidential coaching to executives that are addressing change for the organization. We work with our clients on Change Management including planning, rollout and execution. We view consideration of all constituents a vital part of change management.
